We sold our old house and bought a new house with Pam and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone out there who is looking for a realtor! First of all, she has experience. She knows the business, and knows how to navigate with all the changes in the economy, because she has seen it before! She is available. Whenever we had a whim to see a house, all we had to do was call her and she would get us out there asap. Any time we had a question day or night, she was always there for us. Most importantly though, she really cares. I know without a doubt that she wanted to see us happy with our choices. She encouraged us and prayed with us when we weren’t sure on what to do. That meant the world to me, and I honestly don’t think you will find a better realtor anywhere!!!!

Pam did an excellent job helping me to purchase a Fanny Mae Home Path property. The Realtor Fanny Mae contracted with to sell the home was "less than" but Pam still managed to help me jump through all of the hoops. I got a home I love at a price I could afford. I don't think many Realtors in this area are familiar with Home Path property sales so I consider myself very lucky to have had Pam on my side.

Pam was very patient and always available when we needed her to be. Houses were jumping of the market before we could even get to them but she usually tries very hard to get us in a home the same day I called. She went to bat for us with the other realtor many times sometimes without even being asked! Pam’s service was fantastic!!

Pam was informative & professional while still being down to earth. As first time homebuyers, Pam was easy to talk to while guiding us through the process & gave helpful tips while looking through homes. She answered all questions promptly. We had maybe a few requirements, like number of beds, baths ect. since we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. It only took a few showings & listening to our comments before Pam knew exactly what we wanted & found it. We now have our dream home!

As first time homebuyers me and my fiance had a lot of questions about this process. Pam was there every step of the way to answer any question we had whenever we had them. Pam also had our backs to make sure we were taken care of from finding a loan officer,to the home inspection, all the way to the closing table and after. Pam Smart was an excellent realtor! She responded to my emails and texts within minutes of sending them. Scheduling appointments to view houses was easy to do and she always showed up on time. She is a great source of knowledge when it comes to every aspect of purchasing a home. After walking through an open house, my wife and I fell in love with (our current home), Pam volunteered to meet me that very night to walk through the house to provide her opinion. We met at 7:30PM and walked through every inch of it. The very next day she met with us at 9:30PM to go over the offer letter. She did not hesitate to work around our busy schedule. Overall she was smart, experienced, and easy to work with. I would recommend that anyone looking for a realtor to consider Pam Smart as your realtor.

Buying a home for the first time felt so overwhelming. I met Pam along my journey and instantly liked her. The first home she showed me she was pointing out issues I didn't notice, advising me on repair costs and procedures, and just being totally upfront and honest.
