When I decided to buy my first house, I had no idea where to start. The whole process seemed a little overwhelming so I decided to find an agent to help me. Pam was the best person for the job and I am so lucky to have come across her while searching on Zillow. I must admit, I had zero experience with finding an agent or the home buying process and Pam took the time to explain everything! Pam was able to show me a number of homes in a short amount of time and we where able to have everything completed in less than 2 months. Not only was the process quick, I also found the perfect house, and received everything I asked for during the negotiation. Pam was really able to teach me a lot and I actually had a lot of fun working through everything. Working as an engineer, It is in my nature to examine and question almost everything in great detail. Being this way can make it hard to find people that will be straightforward and completely honest (essentially " tell it how it is"). From the beginning Pam walked me through everything, answered every question I had (which was a lot!), and even took time to make me aware of things I should keep an eye out for when looking at houses. She was extremely straightforward and treated me more as a friend rather than a client. I am extremely grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable home buying experience!

Pam did a great job with helping us find, and buy, a house. Buying a home is always a stressful time, but Pam made it less so by keeping us up to date on what was going on in the process, as well as letting us know of possible things that we needed to look for. She walked us through various houses and answered all our questions. When we decided to put in an offer, she did a great job negotiating a fair deal for us; and when that offer was accepted she was truly happy for my family. Pam is a wonderful person to work with, she combines great knowledge with a wonderful personality, which makes her a true joy to work with! Pam really cares about her clients. She always has your best interest in mind and wants you to find the right house for you. I had a tight budget and limited area to search, yet she persevered and found the house perfect for my daughter and I.

We love our realtor Pam. We have been working with her approximately 2-3 years. She has shown us many houses in that time. She has always given us the best advice and tried to find houses to meet our needs! She sold our house today at a great price that we were super happy with! We will recommend her to everyone we know! Pam was very help to me and my family through this process and she was with us the entire way day and evenings I could contact her if I had any questions or concerns. Pam was so amazing with helping me find a house she went above and beyond to help me out. We hit a few bumps along the way but she made it over them for me. She also made sure she asked me more than once if this was the house for my kids and I. She wanted to make sure we would be happy and I appreciated her checking to make sure. I've now been in my house for three years and I'm still happy with my house. I recently got engaged so I will be asking her to help me again within the next few years to find the right house for us, the house I'm in now just isn't big enough for us all. I would recommend Pam over and over again as she is a sweet, caring and big hearted person. I promise if you pick Pam you won't be disappointed.

Pam helped my wife and I buy our house after relocating 600 miles. She was very responsive and would stay on top of every aspect of the process. She did a great job directing us on how to negotiate which resulted in use getting a great house for a great price. Pam was great for us. We were first time home buyers and were very nervous. We didn't know how the home buying thing worked, but Pam was quick to inform us right away and continuing to inform us as we went along. Pam was absolutely wonderful for the duration of our search for our first home. From the very beginning she was attentive to our needs and proposed options that we would have never considered. The entire process took approximately seven months and she never gave up on us. We focused our search on Springboro, Franklin, Franklin Township Monroe, and probably a few others. Pam was actually the one who found the home we ended up purchasing and sent us the link to review the home within 8 hours of the initial posting. Within 48 hours of the house being listed for sale, we were under contract. She made every effort to ensure a smooth contracting process and was readily available to answer the multitude of questions I threw at her. I highly recommend Pam for your next home search.

Hands down most client oriented individual I have ever worked with!!!! Finishing up purchasing my 2nd home with Pam and the process is always easy. 90% of houses looked at were at night in the dark due to schedules and still she offers to meet at 9 and 10 p.m. Can't say very many people are willing to give up their evenings at home.

My husband and I were impressed with Pam Smart as soon as she showed up at our door. We have never experienced someone so prepared. She had statistics of the market in a 1 mile radius of houses comparable to our home highlighting the numbers for what we could potentially sell our house. She really went on this journey with us - showing us homes, going to appts with builders when looking at new development. In the end we were very informed thanks to Pam, and knew all of our options. Unfortunately we decided not to pursue selling/buying at this time but she will be our first contact when we know it is the right time for us!
